All things theatrical do not happen just in the Dallas Arts District. The folks north of LBJ in Addison have got a fine little gem that has stage lovers discovering the talents at WaterTower Theatre. And, of course, because fundraising is part of the nonprofit’s fun-raising activities, they know how to make their supporters feel special. Here’s a report from the field about WaterTower’s Donor Appreciation reception on Tuesday, July 21:
“Last night WaterTower Theatre held its annual Donor Appreciation event at Antonio Ristorante in Addison. More than 90 donors attended the party which was hosted by Executive Chef Antonio Avona.
“In attendance were several WaterTower Theatre board members including Barbara Daseke, Laree Hulshoff, Rose Colarossi, Debbie Staggs and Corky Pledger. Special guests included Town of Addison Council Members Mary Carpenter, Ivan Hughes and Bruce Arfsten.
“Other guests included “Creep” composer Donald Fowler, Nicholas Even, Sharla D’Francisco, Eileen and Neil Resnik, Maureen Anderson, Ben Fischer, Barbara and Bob Bigham and many more. The annual event is held by WaterTower Theatre to thank its major donors and supporters. The evening, held on Tuesday, July 21, was underwritten by Antonio Ristorante which is located at 4985 Addison Circle in Addison, Texas.”
