The Hilton Anatole was transformed into a showcase of arts for the 2023 Crystal Charity Ball‘s “Masterpieces In The Making” on Saturday, December 9.
From the ballerina, sculptor and opera singer on pedestals in the entry hall to Van Gogh’s look-alike dabbling on a canvas to capture a mammoth-size “The Starry Night,” it was a kick-off to a night of beautiful picture-perfect setting for the 2023 Dallas County children’s beneficiaries.
Even more ginormous was the movie screen backdrop that provided an ever-changing backdrop for the orchestra in the ballroom as the 1,500 guests who were genuine works of art themselves. Ranging from gowns that reflected the feel of art to some with trains that literally stopped traffic, the fashions were museum quality.
